Overview:

Experience has shown us that organizations that regularly attain high performance levels do so by introducing promising strategies into existing cultures. In order to do this, however a supportive culture must be in place to ensure a commitment for strategic success. The Functional Leadership Institute provides an array of services designed for School Boards to attain the type of culture that will successfully support promising strategies. A sustaining culture must start with the Board, so that it can permeate through the entire district.
